To book your place, please complete the form below.  A confirmation and payment details will then be mailed to you.  Please note the following:

• Places are limited and bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been made
• A 25% administration fee will be charged for all cancellations received eight or more working days prior to the event.
• The full fee is payable if a cancellation is received within the seven working days prior to commencement of the event.
• Delegates booking and not attending will be liable for the full fee. Wconsulting/SAICA's liability in the event of the event being cancelled will be limited to a refund of the event fee.
